What if my products get lost or damaged during shipping?
You have the freedom to choose the courier service you trust. For extra peace of mind, many offer insurance options to protect your products. It’s the case of DHL, that I highly recommend using.
How long will it take to receive the final photos?
We’ll agree on a delivery date before signing the contract, taking into account the shipping time, the number of photos, scenography types... I make it a point of honour to meet deadlines and deliver as soon as possible. I keep you informed during the whole process on our shared workspace so you'll always know when to expect your images.
Can I use the photos on multiple platforms?
Absolutely! We’ll determine the platforms where the images will be used beforehand, and I’ll deliver them in the most optimized format for each one. Whether you need high-resolution images for your website or smaller files for social media, I can provide multiple formats tailored to your needs.
How do I know the photos will reflect my brand’s style and identity?
You'll be fully involved at every stage to guarantee the final images truly reflect your brand.
Firstly, before the shoot, we’ll have a detailed briefing session to make sure I fully understand your brand’s needs and creative direction. You can send me any relevant documents related to your brand's communications, previous campaigns if you’ve had any, your brand guidelines... In short, anything that will help me understand your brand identity. And if it’s not fully defined yet, no worries: thanks to several years of experience in communication & marketing, I can also help you in that process.
Secondly, I'll create a moodboard: this visual plan or collage that outlines the style, colors, mood, and overall atmosphere we’re aiming for in the shoot. It acts as a roadmap, helping us both stay aligned on the creative direction. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve this moodboard before the shoot, ensuring that we're on the same page regarding the visual representation of your brand.

Creative direction is a key part of my service and is included in the package. You're welcome to share your ideas, and I’ll take care of translating them into stunning visuals. I’ll create a shared moodboard where we can pin down the style, ambiance, and any specific elements, ensuring that we’re on the same page before the shoot begins.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate during the shoot?
Don’t worry! While sunshine is always welcome, it’s not essential for beautiful photos. A grey sky or even a rainy day can add a unique and moody atmosphere that I’ll highlight in the shoot. If outdoor conditions aren’t ideal, we can always focus on indoor shots as a backup.
How long does the photoshoot typically take?
The duration depends on the number of products, scenes, and photos required. I’ll give you a detailed estimate based on your needs during our initial discussions.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
Not necessarily! I’m fully capable of working independently. Once we’ve aligned on the moodboard and creative direction, you can trust me to handle everything. You’ll receive updates throughout the process, and we’ll ensure everything is on track.
Can you photograph both the interior and exterior of my shop/café?
Absolutely! One of my strengths is versatility. I can capture both the interior and exterior of your space, ensuring your business is presented in the best light, whether it’s the cozy atmosphere inside or the inviting exterior.
How do you manage on-location shoots with your nomadic lifestyle?
Planning ahead is essential! Although I’m constantly on the move, we can schedule shoots in advance to align with my travel itinerary. I’ll work closely with you to determine the best time and place, and I’m always flexible in finding solutions that work for both of us. How far in advance should I book a shoot with you?
The earlier, the better! This allows us plenty of time to prepare, especially if we need to coordinate with my travel schedule. I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure the best dates.
